You can scan, preview, locate and hide duplicates both in trial version and registered version, but in trial version you cannot delete all the selected duplicates with one click.

If the images are considered as duplicate images, it means those images are identical, they have the same format, same size, same resolution and same content.

Click the set button at the right upper corner before scanning, select the Selection option, you can select duplicates removal rules and similar removal rules as your requirement.

You can go to the settings of Cisdem Duplicate Finder> Similar Image, uncheck the option Enable Similage Images Function, then try to scan again. If this option is unchecked, Cisdem will only detect duplicate files, not the similar images, and the scan speed will be much faster.

Yes, when you close the program, it will pop up a window to ask you to save the scan result or not, if you choose to save it, you can directly import the scan result and delete the duplicate files next time you launch the program.

To protect the security of users photos, Cisdem will only mark the exact duplicate photos for deletion, for the similar photos, we suggest that users can manually mark them for deletion after carefully checking.

If you want to auto select similar images for deletion as well, you can navigate to Similar Images tab, press Ctrl+A to select all the similar photos, and then choose a proper selection rule on the right side.

Yes, you can run Cisdem Duplicate Finder, click the menu icon> Show log in Explorer to locate the direcotry of log, back to the superior directory, find the Account folder, click into it and delete the accounts that you want to remove from Cisdem Duplicate Finder.

It is caused by the authorization, please right click one of the duplicate files on the scan result screen of Cisdem Duplicate Finder, choose 'Preview in Browser', delete that file through OneDrive. After that, back to the scan result screen and click the Delete button to see if the problem is resolved.
