Traci Gordon has over 8 years of experience writing user manual for a various kinds of software. She enjoys using and comparing the programs of Cisdem and competitors, then providing advice to Cisdem’s product managers.

Experience
Traci Gordon used to be a tester for a famous software company until the arrival of her lovely babies. When her baby was 3 years old, she joined Cisdem. She loves testing the software tools so she is very familiar with all the programs of Cisdem, she can always anticipate the problems that users may encounter and provide solutions in her user manual/guide.

Graduated with a BA from a University in Philadelphia in 2007. During the college life, she taught herself programming and IT related knowledge.
