Recently I purchased this app to convert my MKV files to MP4 file, it works to select one of the subtitles of the MKV files and convert to MP4 files. But the subtitle is embedded in the MP4 file, which cannot be closed. That is, the subtitles appear to overlap when watching the video by connecting subtitle in other languages later. I wonder if there are any updates scheduled for this matter in the future.

I got Cisdem originally because it was the only good solution to downloading videos in all formats and from sites that try to hide the link to their videos, which Cisdem can download. It does a great job at all that. And their support team is amazing!!! Over the years they have helped me troubleshoot issues i had installing it on other computers or after system updates, and each time they've solved my problem in one email and seriously within seconds. the last time i had an issue, i got a reply that fixed my problem by the time i sent the message and got back from the refrigerator.

I just tried this new purchased video converter tool to rip a dvd. The conversion was smooth and I have no problems playing the “merged” import. It has a really easy to use UI and I've got what I want.

-I have tried several softwares but the best one that is completely FREE TO USE was SaveForm.net -SaveForm.net is fairly easy to use and accessible BUT maximum quality is capped around 1080p(no sound) & 720p(with sound)on Youtube and 720p on Twitch VOD -Twitch streams playing in background is basically a bitcoin miner, so i rather spend one time payment on this app and never missed a single stream from my favorite streamers -This Cisdem app is a live saver, can't visually tell the difference between original video and the one downloaded through this app.
