  1. Make a backup for your old iPhone via iTunes by going to File > Devices > Back Up. Make sure that iTunes is showing you the latest backup of your old iPhone.Then turn off your old iPhone.
  2. Turn on your new iPhone to set up your iPhone and tap on “Restore from iTunes Backup”.

    I am trying to transfer all the data from my old iPhone 4s to my new iPhone 6. But I found some contacts missing, so I tried Cisdem iPhoneRecovery to restore them, finally, they were back, and i found that i can transfer my iPhone data to my Mac using the iPhone recovery, wonderful!!!!
