How to modify file's properties(metadata) in Cisdem PDFMaster?

1. Launch Cisdem PDFMaster and load the PDF file in it. Click File> Properties, it will bring you to the properties window to show the file's descriptions.

2. Click on the options of Title, Subject, Keywords, or Author and modify them as you need.

Can I add a hyperlink in my PDF file?

Yes, of course you can. Please click Tools tab, find the click the hyperlink icon, click to select an area where you want to add a hyper link in the PDF, choose Hyperlink on the right side bar and enter the URL you want to jump to.

How to create a flattened PDF file?

1. Click File> Export Annotations on the top menu bar

2. Click Panel to show the thumbnails of PDF, choose View Notes, right click to export the annotations.

3. You can export the annotations as PDF, TXT, RTF, RTFD and FDF.

How to set Cisdem PDFMaster as the default program for opening all the PDF files?

Please right click one of your PDF files, choose Get Info, Select Cisdem PDFMaster with the 'Open with' option, then click 'Choose All' button under 'Open With'.

How to add Cisdem PDFMaster to printing workflow?
